Have just returned from a short trip to Holland to video Norfolk Damselfly. It's early and short flight period along with quite distinct habitat requirements, may mean this species is yet to be refound in the uk. It's habit of flying between vegetation can make it difficult to spot. It is very slender and much smaller than other more widespread members of this genus. To me, it bears some simillarities to Scarce Blue-tailed Damselfly. Video obtained on a very cold and windy day.
