Surfbirds site not working for me

I do not know if anyone can help, I seem to be unable to upload any photos, they appear to upload but then they just go. I also seem to be only able to get photos from a week ago when I visit a gallery, i.e. the Britain and Ireland stop press shows an Eastern Black Redstart from Holy Island uploaded on the 21st November. I feel sure there are later photos that I am missing. I uploaded a Coot photo to the Britain and Europe common bird gallery and it does not show, the last photo I can see is a Great Northern Diver. I have emptied all of my memory caches, cleaned my discs but to no avail. I also have tried to change my password but the surfbirds web site will not let me, and I also tried to re join surfbirds with another email address but I get error messages when I fill in the form. Also I have emailed surfbirds 4 times and have not had one reply, I prefer to think that they are not receiving my mails to the alternative, that they are ignoring me. Any help greatly appreciated. Thank you.
p.s I am using firefox browser and windows vista 32 bit. Never been a problem before.

Thanks for the swift reply Brian, is this problem across the board or is it just me. I am trying to find out if something on my computer is at fault and not letting me use the site as I would like.

The same is happening to me, on the photo galleries most are a week old.

It is not across the board; some are loading images without a problem, others not.

Again, I will pass this on and sort it out.

Both British rare and scarce galleries haven't updated for about a week, anyone know why?

Hi Brian, done as you suggested but still the same. I have an Eastern Black Redstart that looks half drowned as the last in the Britain Ireland stop press gallery and a Gt Northern Diver in the Britain and European common bird gallery. I will await further investigation from Surfbirds. Regards Steve A.

Hello Brian, I have just noticed that I have a photo of a Greater Yellowlegs on the Britain Ireland stop press gallery which is a new photo although it was taken a few days ago. The other galleries still are showing the same.

Hello, just an update to my original question. All now seems to be fine, I have been able to upload a photo and also to change my log in password. I am also able to see the latest photos added to the galleries, although there is a gap covering most of the past week. I guess that like me, people were unable to upload photos into the various galleries. Thanks to Surfbirds for the speedy fix. Regards Steve A.
