amr file addition?

Hi everyone, i have a recording of a bird song which i cant attach, it is an amr file, the file will play in quick time and media player, but there doesnt seem to be an option to add this type of file to threads. I cant seem to find a way to convert it to mp3.

Would it be possible to add amr files to the list, or can anyone give me some other ideas of how to post it?

We cannot add amr to list of acceptable files I'm afraid.
