need id of these 2 birds plz!

hi both are warblers, the first of which seems very confusing, that may be due to it being in mault but im not sure on id, it had darkish legs but the feet were completely different colour, brown, as u will see in the photo, the bill was pinkish. also the bird was very flighty with fluttery like movements. i feel i should know what it is but i am just not sure.
the other bird i only have 2 pics of unfortunately none are head shots, but there were no wing bars no eye stripe or supercillium, the thing of note was a white ring around the eye

The first three look like a very scruffy moulting Chiffchaff ; the second two seem to be a moulting Whitethroat.

BUT, it would help to know where and when they were taken

hi the photos were taken on 12/09/08 in my back garden i live in lower kilburn derrbyshire uk. they were taken around 09:30, hope this helps

Almost certainly a Phyllosc. Very short primary projection suggests
Chiff Chaff, as for the eye ring and almost rufous wash to the breast
sides/flanks....I know not what!
