News of a DARK-EYED JUNCO at East Coker in Somerset had Andy Bond & myself making the trip for it from Breen Sands on the North Somerset coast where we had been to a 60s music revival but the journey was well worth it as the bird showed well in the garden of number 25 Mill Close where they very kindly let us in to there conservatory to see the bird , but I could only manage to get these crap hand held shots of the bird before it was lost to view again .
Our next stop was at Berry Head in South Devon as Andy hadn`t seen the SARDINIAN WARBLER yet & he was in luck & got a good look at the bird but I only saw it in flight this time !
