Lastly, I have been walking around Hook for maybe ten years and I cannot remember seeing any seating arrangements on the beach, bar the much loved and missed scrape bench. Then last week we had the white chair overlooking the scrape, which is still there by the way and rather comfy too.

Then today I came across two more chairs. I was going to take the comfier looking one of the two over to the scrape to keep whitey company but upon close inspection it was not up to the task. Hopefully in the next few weeks we’ll have a Land of Leather sofa washed up.
