I am currently having a week or so up in the north of Scotland with my family, visiting my brother’s croft in rural Aberdeenshire. On the way north we called in at the Loch of the Lowes reserve for lunch. After nibbles we called into the centre and the hides and managed to catch up with three Ospreys. Two of this years youngsters and what I assume was the male bird. The females tend to leave quite soon after the young fledge. Quite pleased with the images considering the birds are on the other side of the loch, a good few hundred yards away from the hide. The site is superb and well worth a visit if you are in the Dunkeld area.
