Badbury Rings - Butterflies and Orchids - 5:52 PM, Thursday, July 17, 2008

As the poor excuse for a summer grinds on a few butterflies seemed to have survived at Badbury. A single Chalkhill blue and a couple of worn Dark-green Fritillaries  were sheltering from the wind in the dips between the rings. The Marbled Whites are around in reasonable numbers.
