The Golden Plover flock has increased to 563 also there were 1200 Lapwing. The male Stonechat was on the north shore this afternoon. A single Pintail was new and 48 Gadwall and 34 Goldeneye were counted. An adult and 1st winter Yellow-legged Gull roosted this evening.

A late item of new for yesterday was the ringing group caught 19 Tree Sparrow, 1 Redwing, 6 Blackbird, 7 Greenfinch, 3 Chaffinch and 2 Robin. Also The colour ringed Peregrine from last week had been ringed in Shropshire.
